BioScreener
BioScreener is an efficient application for running experiments with Bioscreen C. It has been developed according to the known principles of the Bioscreen C system - reliability and ease of use.
The BioScreener software is modelled after the common application look-and-feel that most users are accustomed for. One of the aims has been to create an application that is easy enough for users to operate without previous experience.
BioScreener can report measurements from up to 200 wells, measuring at up to three different wavelengths in one test run. During the experiment, absorbance and temperature data are displayed in real time.
All experiment data is stored into measurement files. Measurement results can be exported to common file formats (Text, CSV, XLS or HTML) to be studied and analysed by the tool of your choice.
BioScreener provides important new user benefits:
View growth curves in real time during the experiment
Pause the experiment to change experimental conditions
Select up to three different filters during the run
Safety feature prevents damage to the instrument’s lenses
Use periodical temperature cycles in two different temperatures
This software is provided as an elementary supplement to all new Bioscreen C instruments.
Current users without BioScreener software can purchase a license for a separate fee. Please consult your local distributor for the pricing and for a free trial version.
